NYRAVEX sells manual coffee and tea brewing equipment to people who make it at home by hand. We are a United States company, we hold our own stock, and we pack and ship every order ourselves.
What we sell
NYRAVEX HOLDINGS LC is a United States company, registered in Wyoming. We stock and ship equipment for making coffee and tea by hand: pour over kettles and drippers, tampers and distributors, teapots, infusers, matcha sets, milk pitchers and storage.
Everything in the range is operated by hand. Nothing in it plugs in, so there is no element to fail and no circuit board to replace. We keep the catalogue deliberately small, so that listings can state the material, the size and the weight, with the capacity wherever it applies.
Why we exist
Buy the tool once, and buy it knowing what it is.
Our mission is to make hand brewing straightforward to buy well: a small, carefully chosen range of tools that work without electricity, described precisely enough that you can decide between two of them without guessing.
We would rather carry a few dozen things we can describe properly than three hundred we cannot. That is why the catalogue stays small, why nothing in it plugs in, and why a listing tells you what a piece is made from, how large it is and what it weighs before you spend anything.
The long view is simple: equipment that outlasts the trend it arrived on, bought from people who answer the phone.
Stock on our own shelves.
We hold inventory at our own warehouse in Wyoming rather than passing your order to somebody else to fulfil. Orders placed before 2pm Mountain are picked and packed within one business day and handed straight to the carrier. That is why we can put real delivery dates on the site instead of a range that depends on a third party.

Material, size and weight are listed on the product page, with capacity wherever it applies, so you know what is arriving before it does.
Faulty items replaced
If something arrives damaged or faulty, email a photo within fourteen days and we replace it or refund you in full. No forms.
Free 35 day returns
Returned or exchanged in its box, for any reason. The prepaid label is already in your box, and we refund within 7 days of it arriving back.
A person answers
No chatbot, no ticket queue. Email is answered within one business day by someone who has used the product you are asking about.
Packed by hand, in paper and card.
A rigid card box, sized to the item so that nothing moves in transit.
Wrapped in paper. Glass and cast iron get a second layer of card.
Sealed and labelled, with your prepaid return label inside in case you need it.
