Free shipping on every order, no minimum. Orders placed before 2pm Mountain are dispatched within one business day, tracked.
Returns
35 days to return or exchange, in the original box with all its parts. The prepaid label is already in your box. Refund within 7 days of arrival.
Order changes
Email within two hours of ordering and we will catch it before it is packed. After that, use the return process.
Tamper sizes
Measure the inside of your portafilter basket. Most home machines are 58 mm, but not all. Send us the machine model if unsure.
