Four working sets.
Each collection is the kit for one way of brewing. Pick a starting point and add the rest as you go. Every item lists its material, size and weight in the shop, with the capacity wherever it applies.

Pour Over Coffee
Start with a kettle you can control. Add a dripper, then a filter you never need to buy again. Everything here heats on a stove or sits on a cup.

Espresso and Milk
The bench beside the machine. Distribute, tamp, knock out, steam. Tampers come in 51, 53 and 58 mm, so measure your basket before you order.

Loose Leaf Tea
Pots for the way you drink, from a 150 ml kyusu for one to a 900 ml cast iron pot for the table. Baskets and strainers for the cup you already own.

Storage and Serving
Keep beans and leaf dry, sealed and out of light. Then serve in glass that shows the colour of what you made.

Tell us what you drink and how many cups.
A 350 ml kettle is plenty for one person and a waste for four. A cast iron pot is wonderful at the table and wrong for a desk. Email us before you buy and we will say which is which.
