These terms govern your use of nyravex.shop and every order you place with us. Please read them before you order.

By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, and able to enter into a binding contract.

Our products

We sell manual coffee and tea brewing equipment for use at home. Product pages state the material, size and weight of the item, with the capacity wherever it applies.

We photograph products as accurately as we can, but screens differ and natural materials vary. Small variations in colour, grain and finish are normal and are not a fault.

Prices and tax

All prices are in United States dollars and include any applicable tax. The price you see is the price you pay: nothing is added at checkout, and shipping is free on every order.

We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched, not when you receive the order acknowledgement.

We may decline an order. The reasons might include an item being unavailable, an error in the price or description, a delivery address we cannot ship to, or a payment we cannot verify. If we decline an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

Errors on the site

We take care with the site, but errors happen. Where a price or a description is plainly wrong, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at the wrong price. We will contact you, and you can either confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Stock

The stock shown on the site is our best current figure. If an item sells out between your order and our packing it, we will tell you and refund that item in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We accept the cards and wallets shown at checkout. We do not see or store your full card details.

Payment and security

Delivery

We ship within the United States only, and shipping is free on every order. Orders are handled within one business day and typically arrive within four to six business days.

If we cannot ship your order within 30 days and have not agreed a later date with you, you may cancel it for a full refund.

You may return anything within 35 days of delivery for a full refund, using the prepaid label included in your box.

You may use this site to browse and to buy for your own purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with it, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it systematically, or use it in any way that breaks the law.

Reviews and anything you send us

If you send us a review, a photograph or a suggestion, you allow us to use it on the site and in our marketing without payment. Please send only material that is yours to give.

We may remove anything that is unlawful, misleading or abusive.

Our content

The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to NYRAVEX HOLDINGS LC or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another website we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Warranties and liability

Our products are sold for ordinary domestic use, and we ask you to follow the care instructions given on each product page. Glass, ceramic and other fragile materials can break if dropped or subjected to sudden temperature change, and that is not a manufacturing fault.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier failure, industrial action, or interruption of utilities. If such an event occurs we will contact you and, if you prefer, cancel your order and refund you in full.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and of the United States. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of the State of Wyoming, and nothing here removes any right you have to bring a claim in the state where you live.
