We want this shop to work for everyone, including people who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, or a magnified display.

What we aim for

We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1, at level AA. That is the standard most widely used to judge whether a website can be used by people with disabilities.

What we have done

Text and background colours across the site have been checked against the WCAG AA contrast thresholds.

Pages are built with standard HTML controls, so they can be operated with a keyboard alone.

Headings follow a proper order, so a screen reader can move through a page by its structure.

Photographs carry descriptive alternative text.

The layout adapts to small screens as well as to desktop displays.

Where we know we fall short

We would rather name the gaps than claim the site is perfect. At the moment we know of two:

Some product photographs would benefit from fuller descriptions than they currently carry.

The order tracking page is provided by a third party whose markup we do not fully control.

Both are on our list, and neither should stop you from placing an order. If either one does, tell us and we will help you directly.

Telling us about a problem

If you hit a barrier anywhere on this site, email support@nyravex.shop and describe what you were trying to do and what happened. If you can, tell us the page, and the browser and assistive technology you were using.

We aim to reply within two business days and to fix genuine barriers as quickly as we can.
