A heavy-walled glass with a wooden handle and a measuring scale running up one side, marked from 15 ml to 120 ml in both millilitres and ounces. It sits under a portafilter to catch and measure a shot, which is the point: you can see the yield as it builds rather than weighing it afterwards.
Features
- Scale marked at 15, 30, 60, 90 and 120 ml with ounce equivalents alongside
- Heat-resistant glass, thick enough to take a shot straight from the group
- Turned wooden handle that stays cool while the glass is hot
- Single pouring lip, shaped to decant without dribbling
- Wide flat base, stable under a portafilter
- 120 ml, which covers a double shot with room to read the scale
