A two-piece glass brewer held in a dark wooden frame, where the upper bowl releases into the pitcher below when it is set down and stops when it is lifted. The mechanism is a magnetic valve rather than a button, so the pour begins and ends by moving the pot rather than by pressing anything.
Features
- Upper brewing bowl and lower serving pitcher, both in clear heat-resistant glass
- Magnetic valve opens when the bowl is seated and closes when it is lifted
- Dark hardwood frame holds both pieces at the pouring angle
- No button and no lever, so there is no seal to perish
- Clear glass throughout, so the colour of the liquor is visible as it develops
- Both glass pieces lift free of the frame for cleaning
